Push climbing wants to share some knowledge of why warming up dynamically will maximize your climbing ability and potential. 

What exactly is dynamic stretching?

To stretch dynamically, you must move through a full range of motion, in a smooth and controlled manner. 

While moving in this form, you must spend equal time with each phase of the stretch. 

While focusing on avoiding fast and jerky movements. 

The goofier the better: It can feel embarrassing or “goofy” to warm up in front of your friends or your gym crush, but remember;  research has proven that the dynamic method of warming up will allow you to show off your best climbing and minimize injuries. Thus you can climb longer and stronger.
